SHIPPING RETURNS & TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING – Please read this information carefully.

 

Please note the sale price listed does NOT include shipping costs.

 

It is of utmost importance to us that you have a great experience buying art online from NOA so we have teamed up with Flight Logistics/ShipArt who understand the intricacies of a fully bespoke service and offer a comprehensive collection and delivery solution for all manner of artwork.

 

When you Checkout the work, you will be required to chose whether you wish NOA to organise shipping or you will arrange it yourself.

 

If you wish NOA to organise shipping, it will be necessary for us to share your name and email address with Flight Logistics/ShipArt so they can send you your quote for shipment and fulfil your delivery. You will be required to confirm your consent to this. You are advised that shipment costs are paid for upfront.

 

Please note, you are not obliged to use Flight Logistics/ShipArt to fulfil your order if you are not satisfied with their quote in any way.

 

If you wish to organise the shipping yourself, you may arrange shipment directly with the artist. It will be necessary for us to share your name and email address and you will be required to consent to this.Please understand that NOA, Flight Logistics/ShipArt will not be responsible for any part of the shipment process if you chose to arrange shipment for yourself.

 

RETURNS

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to ensure you are happy with the artwork you buy. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will give you a full refund when the artwork is returned safely to the artist. Please note you are liable for all the costs associated with returning the artwork. The artwork must be in its original packaging and the same condition as it arrived.

 

Artworks must be carefully prepared for return in their original packaging so it is therefore important you take good care when unpacking received artworks.

 

DAMAGED WORK

 

You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to contact Amanda Kings by telephone or email to inform us of any damage subsequently discovered. If the package arrives with obvious signs of damage, please take external photographic evidence of the box before opening it. If there is damage to the artwork, take photographic evidence of this too, then forward us both sets of photographs on the day you received it. If possible make the delivery driver aware of the damage on receipt and ask them to note this. If there is damage to the box but no damage to the artwork then the packaging has done its job and therefore no need to report back to us. All packaging must be retained. Amanda will contact you with instructions on how the artwork need be returned. Failure to comply with these terms may affect your right to a refund or replacement.

 

VAT

 

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT if the selling artist is registered for VAT; the charity is not VAT registered.

 

EXHIBITIONS

 

If your purchased work is scheduled to be or currently in an exhibition, it will not be available until after the exhibition(s) has / have closed.
